

Before founding Belmar Window Shop in 1975, Bob accumulated many years of experience in retail store management. He later saw the area’s need for a custom window treatment source, and started making window shades out of his garage in Belmar. As business grew, Bob moved the business to the present Main Street location, where he asked his family to join with him to operate the business. Today, with the help of his family, Bob has created the Jersey Shore’s premier custom window treatment store. A resident of Wayside, Bob enjoys boating, walking and traveling in his spare time.
Kathy, of Shark River Hills, joined the family business in 1980 and now serves as Belmar Window Shop’s Vice President. She graduated from Asbury Park H.S. and received her associate’s degree in business administration from Brookdale Community College. Kathy is a Hunter Douglas Window Fashions Gallery Certified Trainer and Somfy Shade Automation Specialist. She and her husband, Dave, have one daughter, Casey. Kathy enjoys traveling, biking, reading, watching movies and has an interest in nature photography.
Steve, a resident of Neptune City, has been with Belmar Window Shop since 1980. As Vice President, he oversees our 10,000 square foot Thermalite shutter manufacturing facility in Avon. Steve is also an accredited Somfy Automation window covering manufacturer and installer, a Hunter Douglas certified Heritance Shutter installer and Lutron Certified Automated window coverings expert. He is an avid golfer and competes in several amateur golf competitions throughout New Jersey every year.
Eileen resides in Allenhurst and has been with Belmar Window Shop since the fall of 1995. She graduated from the prestigious New York School of Interior Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Eileen specializes in new construction and advising her customers where to start with light and privacy issues.
Myrna, who recently moved to Lakewood, started with Belmar Window Shop in June 1996. A graduate of the New York School of Interior Design, she has built up impressive experience in designing draperies, custom fabric décor and in all window treatments. Myrna is a certified Window Fashion Consulting Professional (WFCP) and certified in Drapery Installation. She has been married for 38 years with four grown children and three grandchildren. Myrna enjoys crocheting, knitting, needlepoint and antiquing. She is an excellent listener and her main goal is to please her clients.
A native of Wall, Nicole has been with Belmar Window Shop since March 2004. Nicole has always had a passion for home décor and decorating which began her career in retail stores such as Mikasa, Country Curtains and Williams Sonoma. Nicole has taken various courses in color theory and art from Brookdale Community College and graduated from the prestigious Academy of Interior Decorating in Hillsboro, Oregon. She is a certified Interior Decorator and is also certified in Drapery Installation. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, horseback riding, spending time at the beach, entertaining friends and family, cooking, gardening, fishing and boating. Nicole’s goal for her clients is to help them make their home a beautiful place that they will enjoy for years to come.
Tracy joined the family business in March 1985 and serves as the Office Manager. A resident of Shark River Hills, Tracy is a graduate of St. Rose H.S. and Assumption College in Worcester, MA. She and her husband, Daniel, have three boys Shea, Brenden and Kevin. She enjoys family trips to Cooperstown, art, gardening, cooking, traveling and has an impressive antique pottery collection.
Pat, a resident of Wayside, started as the Accounting Manager for Belmar Window Shop in 1984. She attended Brookdale Community College and had previously worked for Long Branch Public Schools and AT&T Bell Labs.
Matt, a resident of Brick, started with Belmar Window Shop in April 1985. He not only serves as the Installation Manager, but also operates Belmar Blind and Drapery Cleaning. Matt attributes his vast installation and treatment cleaning knowledge to the on-site experience he has gained by working in the family business. Matt enjoys biking in his spare time.
Dave has been with Belmar Window Shop since 1985 and is a resident of Shark River Hills. He is a graduate of Brick H.S. and received his degree from Brick Computer Science Institute with honors. He is currently working on his business administration degree at Ocean County College. Dave and his wife, Kathy, have one daughter, Casey. Dave loves watching all sports in his spare time, especially baseball, and is a devoted Lakewood BlueClaws fan.
Diane resides in Belmar and started with Belmar Window Shop in 1977. She and her husband, Kevin, have four children Desireé, Megan, Dylan and Shane, who keep her busy with their many sports activities. Diane enjoys gardening, decorating, walking Belmar Beach and vacationing in Cape Hatteras.
Megan, originally from southwestern Indiana, serves as the Marketing and Sales Manager and came to Belmar Window Shop in June 2006. Megan received her bachelor-of-science degree in 2004 from Indiana State University, where she was a four-year student intern in the Office of Communications and Marketing. After graduation, Megan moved to Indianapolis where she gained experience in retail and financial marketing. She, her husband Ben, and their dog Sammy, reside in Jackson. Megan is a volleyball enthusiast and Indianapolis Colts fan. She enjoys going to the beach, traveling, scrapbooking and attending Lakewood BlueClaws games.
Robert, of Spring Lake, serves as the Shutter Mill Production Manager and started with Belmar Window Shop in April 2006. He is a graduate of Manasquan H.S. and Cape Fear Community College. Robert is certified in Thermalite shutter production and installation through Danmer. In his spare time, he enjoys music, snowboarding, surfing and woodworking.
A resident of Wall Township, Patty has been with Belmar Window Shop since February 1987. She is a graduate of Neptune H.S. and has extensive experience in shade and shutter production. Patty enjoys hunting, woodworking and riding motorcycles in her spare time.
